Intergration Guidelines

To ensure that end users have a seamless experience with VodaPay, merchants are expected to adhere to a few guidelines:

  1. The end user must be able to sign into the merchants Mini App using only the VodaPay sign-in flow. There should be no other methods of login.
  2. All payments should go via VodaPay accredited payment portals, no other payment methods should be visible at any point in the app flow.
  3. There must be no links in the Mini App that redirect users to download an Android/iOS application. User redirection outside of the Mini App must be cleared with the commercial team. This includes social media links
  4. It is strongly recommended that merchants have a well defined Customer Service flow.
  5. If the flow of your Mini App requires user infomation the inquiryUserInfo endpoint can be used.
